Nordic Growth Market intends to request delisting of Eurobattery Minerals’ shares

Today, 20 October 2026, Eurobattery Minerals AB (the "Company") received a notice from Nordic Growth Market NGM AB ("NGM"). The notice states that NGM intends to submit a request to NGM's Disciplinary Committee for review of alleged violations of NGM's rules for NGM Growth Market. In connection with this, NGM intends to request that the Company's shares be delisted from NGM Growth Market.
